After seeing the screenshots from gamersyde, I remove all previous comments.
Same screens but are seemingly better quality.

Gears 2 still beats Resistance 2, but not by nearly as much as last time.

My opinion is that what you did had a subtext and a hidden motive, which was to degrade competition of the PS3 and its games, without going as far as to be moderated. Am I correct?  My motive was to post my opinion on these screenshots,

Your opinion is biased. You wouldn't give Gears 2 the time of day if it looked better than Wall-E. I'm not sure what the wall-E movie looked like, but i know what the game looked like and Gears2 looks better. You probably voted that LBP would outsell Gears 2, Wrong you probably think that Verses will be way better than XIII, Wrong again, i think Versus will be shit. and you post here out of agressivism towards Gears 2, which you think will suck compared to Resistance 2.  I don't think i have ever said Gears2 will suck compared to R2.

However, I lovingly accept your opinions in the hopes that they will be proven wrong upon the games release.

Please don't start a flame war. I don't wanna hear it, and this is just my opinion.

And most times i don't post my opinion about PS3 games that look bad or play bad, considering most times there are 360/wii owners that are posting that have the same opinion on the matter as me and i don't feel the need to post.  I've also bashed CoD4 and GTA4 countless times on these boards.

Anywho, the game does look really good.  I'm interested to see if this translates into gameplay, because a lot of it looks like CGI...regardless, it looks great.  The guy with the staff does look pretty badass too.

There is no cgi in Gears of War 2.

You know what, I dont know now whats better Far Cry 2 or Gears 2. Now Gears 2 has been ramped up considerably from E3 2008. It just looks like the most detailed game yet. Look at the textures and size of the enemies.
