I'd say the Wiimote would be very skinny and flat, cute and kiddie like, would speak a lot and would like to move a lot, more than to be touched all over her body. You could put her in several positions and she would love it. Also she would like to be dressed with rubber clothing ocassionally, accessorize and sometimes she would bring a friend when you're going out with her. If things get too wild with her you would have to be careful because she could get crazy and break stuff around wherever you are. Finally it doesn't matter how you hold her she would like it with one or two hands.

The Dual Shock 3 would be very curvy and voluptous, maybe the sexiest of the three, her style would be from the 90s but you could never get bored of it, also she would like to be moved a little (not as much as the Wiimote) and she would like to be touched everywhere. Also her tits would be very symmetrical and you could put things between them... . She likes to be touched with both hands.

The X360 controller would be a robust chubby woman with a beautiful face, her tits would be very separated and asymmetrical. She would only to be touched, moving doesn't make her happy.

360 Controller: My ex-girlfriend Kate. Big, white, and the D-pad is finicky at best and unusable at worst.

Wiimote: My ex-girlfriend Amy. Used by 32 million people across the earth.

I think they'd all look pretty ugly to be perfectly honest.
