In Kumamoto, Japan - a smallish city in the south, 360s are sold out at the stores. I imagine retailers are cautious on how many consoles they order, because things fluctuate so fast here.
OT: PS3 will definitely need another price drop if they want to stay competitive, but the rabbit hole doesn't go as deep with Sony as it does with MS.
