I am pretty sure they said that a while ago. But yeah i am hoping that they will release it eventually and have fans recreate Fallout 1 and 2 using Fallout 3 engine.

i wish developers would stop rushing games, or butchering PC franchises because of consoles. Yet another game who's value just halved because of inadequate developers. I'm starting to lose faith in any most developers, Bethesda just lost it when I read this. Just don't port it over to the PS3/360 until later and push back the date for the PC launch if needed to, just deliver a game that's up to par.

Wasn't Fallout a PC series anyways? Shouldn't they accommodate those loyal fans of the PC games first since they're the reason the Fallout series didn't crash and burn? O.x

It is, there hasn't been a Fallout on anything other than PCs up until now.

I didn't play any other TES, are the mod tools needed for ANY kind of modding? I mean, the only "tool" released for Civ4 was the SDK. Of course, a map editor comes built in, but changing other stuff is basically XML and Python.
