5 on 5 is better than 30 on 30 I can coordinate with my five friends I am not going to coordiate our offense and defense with 30 people.

Your first statement tell me you're very objective. If you really care since your mind has already been made up, Resistance 2 uses a squad system where there are six in each. The game tells each squad to complete a different task and you can easily communicate with your teammates. By holding down a button you can talk to everyone. Organized chaos is a good way of putting things but to each his own. If you only want to play Gears be my guest because I'm getting both.

well, if u wanna coordinate ur offense and defense, then play skirmish mode. 30 people split into groups of like 6, so...that's not a real complaint.

as other users stated, u can go into smaller team battles where there will be six of you. or if you want to go for a standard 12player afair, 6 v 6. either way R2 has much much more multiplayer options than gears 2

Hmm. IDK about u but 60 player death match, or 30 vs 30 team deathmatch sounds AWESOME. I love Chaos.

Ok I will give you that, when I played resistance on line over a friends house NO ONE talked through the 2 hours I played it was eerie quite, though that isnt the game designers fault.  It does look to be an awesome game
