A western developer that doesn't like an eastern console? Big news.



PC + Wii owners unite.  Our last-gen dying platforms have access to nearly every 90+ rated game this gen.  Building a PC that visually outperforms PS360 is cheap and easy.    Oct 7th 2010 predictions (made Dec 17th '08)
PC: 10^9

As BenKenobi pointed out. It's much easier to go from PC to 360 than it is to go from the PC to the PS3. This studio is the second from which I heard dissatisfactoin of the PS3's architecture, the first was from id's Carmack. Also dissing one of the very very few development companies which has a track of only perfect games is not a way to create successful thread.

P.S. If you also click on the last link in my post you will notice that yes, one of the co-creators hates the PS3 very much. I guess you can count that as bias.

The whole article hear: http://www.1up.com/do/feature?cId=3170080, says that future support of the PS3 is almost guaranteed..regardless of personal feelings about the platform.

Good news for PS3 owners, yes?

u know i really dont care if ther're bein lazy or biased with the ps3. orange box was my first ps3 game( i had no choice it was xmas gift lol) and i prob put like 2-3 hours in that game and i was done. after i beat portal i had no reason to play it again. TF2 wasnt really fun to me and neither was half life

It's not their job to update TF2 it's EA's. Who gets paid when someone buys a copy for PS3? EA, should Valve spend money and time on a product they didn't even work on?

Well...both EA and Valve get paid when someone buys a PS3 Orange Box I assume...it is Valve's game after all...EA just did the porting...I don't know what percentage EA gets, if it's a majority or whatever.

But it is EA's choice to update TF2 on the PS3, so bitch to them.

I'm sad that I won't be able to play Left 4 Dead. I've pretty much sworn off PC gaming after a nice 15 year or so run with it and I refuse to pay Microsoft for matchmaking services (host some goddamn servers for games and I'll think about paying for it). Here's hoping that Valve gets cracking on the PS3 ASAP because I love their games. Well, game because all they've really done is the Halflife series.
