You need a schematic (usually three or four for each weapon; can find, buy and even get a few as quest rewards) and then you have to gather some components to build the weapon at a workshop. There are only 7 weapons that can be made, so it isn't all too hard.

As for the terminals, they are very easy to hack and have a certain trick into avoiding the lock out. Simply keep guessing until you have only one chance left, then exit out of the terminal and start over again.

Some you buy, some you find lying around, some you get in missions.

For the terminals, look for lines that have characters encapsulated in brackets (, [, < and put your cursor over them.  If they have a close bracket on the same line, it will highlight it like a full word, and selecting it will either remove a word or reset your attempts.  I don't remember how I figured that out, but I don't think it was obvious in the game.

Err terminals are hard ?

I think during my whole time playing the game I ever failed hacking two and I never had to use any trick or exit early to retry...

how come some peoples ID cards have cole with red electricity and some with blue? lol does it let u choose?

the 1% in killzone is not that hard just make sure to play a little everyday i got it when playing 5 out 7 days in the week and was still way above where i needed to be plus they recently upgraded the sentry bots which is the hardest ribbons to attain so you got it no prob

I started out on 4% and now I'm up to 18% so i guess i'm doing ok
Found more ammo doing the Survival Guide sidequest and i've eliminated 300 creatures...
Only at level 12 though ugh... why does it take so much to level up? lol

Actually the 1% is much harder to get now that it used to be but still not impossible.

Based on what i saw a couple weeks ago you need around 5k points in a week to get in the top 1% these days.

to me it was alot harder when i first started because everyone was grinding through bots for easy score and i never went that route 

well just bought re5 on amazon for $37 so i'll have something to play when my system gets back
