Btw, question. I'm hearing that when you use the Death Note you become a Shinigami. Ryuk said you don't go to Heaven or Hell and that was the conclusion I came up with, and what others are saying. Since Shingamis can kill any human they want, wouldn't Shinigami Light be able to kill all the evil humans, and still be Kira, just in Shinigami form, and people wouldn't be able to catch him now because humans can't go to the Shinigami world?

If that is true, that's a pretty big plot hole...

Edit: Oh wait. If a human turns into a Shinigami they lose all their memories? So maybe it isn't big after all...

See that's what i thought happened too... but i just read they end up in nothingness and the neither heaven nor hell thing was really a bit of a misnomer because nobody really ended up in heaven or hell... or something like that.

I dunno.  I got my girlfriend the Book of the LA Case stories one.  Another Note or whatever...

The ending left me unfulfilled.

He forgot his morality after the first episode.

The rest that followed was just the natural conclusion.

I just finish watching it I' m watching director's cut right now.Also soriku L is awesome everyone on youtube cried when he died :P I was about to cry but I read a comment that he died :/ still I miss him I'm about to cry while I'm writting this.Anyway I thought matsuda was going to die since someone on youtube in the first episode say that he was going to die.The perfect ending would have been if L caught kira.Mello was ok and Near was ok but he was like a L rip off.At the end Near said that with Mello together they've surpass there mentor.I was ok with Light all the time(by the way he isn't the most evil character ever there are worst.) killing criminal ok,killing cops FBI agents ok,manipulating people and using them to later kill them ok.BUT KILLING L that's just F*CK*NG UNACEPTABLE What the hell was that idiot thinking L is the greatest anime character EVER EVER EVER EVER EVER I don't understand how could the show kill it's best character IT'S L for god's sake he made the show he was the reason one wanted to keep on watching but then when he died it stopped being awesome Near and Mello combine don't equal L greatness he should've the one who catch him.The perfect ending would've been that L catches kira then he writes his story on how he did it*cry* why did L die whyyyy why why why why why I LOVE YOU L I want to be like you.

I liked it a first..then after the death of L it wasn't very interesting anymore, all of Near "predictions" were right...it wasn't any fun.

I would give it a 6/10
