Anyone else having the same problem? I have my cube controller plugged in and nothing. I didn't see any way to switch the controller scheme in any of the menus. And when I downloaded it from Wii Shop it said the cube controller was compatible. Am I doing something wrong or did Capcom mess up.

yeah I tried a different controller and it didn't work either...and I just used both of them yesterday to play some Gamecube games on my Wii

Well, I can't help you there... did you only download megamen? Try it on other downloaded games it they work.
