The 360 price cut had a significant affect in North america as well, 360 sales have doubled, and ps3 sales have taken a hit because of that. How can it not have worked?

As for japan, I think it was infinit undiscovery that pushed the hardware.

Even though I dont own a PS3 (360 FanBoy), the PS3 will be fine. Its a great system. Nintendo is a beast, and 360 is doing awesome, they got those right at least.
