 Socom sell the most in America and now America is the weakest region for PS3 after Japan so expect this to sell less than Socom II.

One of the reasons Socom was only big in America was because the network adapter sold well here. With Ps3 having Wifi built in It opens the doors many more gamers who don't need to buy a seperate add on to play it. Doesn't mean it will sell in other areas but it has a chance.

It is not a PSN only title, but you are correct it will be available through the PSN as well as retail.  The retail version comes with the official Sony Headset.  The bundle will definately help sales since you can buy the headset for $50 or the game + the headset for $60.

These predictions sounds reasonable.

You can also just buy the game at retail for $40 (but I don't know why you wouldn't just pay $20 more to get a headset).
