Burnout Revenge! It's still my favorite 360 racing game. Local Co-op, and a thriving online community.

Well yeah. I already have the PS2 version. I'll eventually pick it up but I want something other than Burnout right now, because I'm still really active in Paradise.

1080p racing is exclusively for the PC and will continue to do so until the next round of consoles land.

Ridge racer 6 is brilliant, and as a bonus you can play pac-man whilst the game boots up and unlock the full game by doing well in career mode, Also ridge racer 6 really does have a great sense of speed , Especially if you let rip with a level 3 nitrous in the special car category..... Theres 15 race tracks which aint too shabby (plus all tracks in reverse of course) and the soundtrack is pretty good too........... Highly underrated game, I can't reccomend it enough, yeah , and local co-op works good as you would expect........... oh, and lastly the career mode has over 200 race events, It will take literally months to complete fully

Damn dude, Streets of rage, ridge racer, old sega games...you have good taste in games.

You've misjudged Grid. It's largely an arcade racer, and it's the best racer on the 360, imo.

Grid is my favourite racer on the 360 but it definetly isn't as arcade-y as some other racers. The fact that you can wreck your car and not even finish a race makes you actually have to drive carefully.

Arcade racers to me stand for racing games where you don't let go of the gas and in Grid definetly has corners where its game over if you don't brake.

Nevertheless the game is awesome...but i understand if someone who does arcade racers doesn't like it.
