looks similar to gta and gta 2......which were awesome

i think it looks like it could have some REALLY good gameplay. i always loved the birdseye view gta's.

Wow, lots of hate. IMO, This is already looking better than the PSP versions. It's something fresh, artistic, new, something the GTA's have been lacking for a long, long time. Compare that to the crap they put on the PSP, which is just the same shit they've been feeding us on the PS2 since 2001.

The game went from unconsidered to one of my top anticipated titles for the DS - if they can manage to keep the gameplay fun, Rockstar Games might finally be a developer I'll look out for.

So far I'm loving this game, the art style is awesome. Totally gonna pick this up when I buy a DS.

People are just mad that this isn't looking like GTA4, but I love games that try to be different.

This is trash, im not getting this for my DS at all. Im a GTA FAN, I loved the psp GTA's, this is total (garbage..).

It looks like a cell shaded version of GTA 2.  So much for fresh, artistic and new.  Now they are giving DS users the same game they've given us on the PS1 since 1997/9.

I think someone needs to go review thier video game history before making such comments.
