Well for months we've been saying Resistance 2 will look better.  Its easy to write it off, but now its finally here, the video that shows Resistance 2 in its single player form in an "IN-Game" cinematic.  This is the updated build:   

Last week the Gamestop press conference had managers saying the game looks better than Gears 2.  Now we have footage to go by:

This is all using in game assets, and I keep up with the podcasts.  This is essentially everything in-game, just using an intercense camera.  The camera allows the jerky movements, and cinematics.  This game will look this good.

Comapring this game to Killzone 2 which has been in production for FOUR years, has a budget of over a 100 million, and uses tech from not only this game- but all Sony first party's is DIMINISHING this game's accomplishments.

This game looks amazing, and stands toe to toe with Gears.  The environments, lighting, and animation are truly breathtaking.

i sure hope it does, but what you got to remember is that in a cutscene the ps3 already knows whats going to happen, but in true game-play anything can happen so the ps3 has to cope with that off the fly, if you understand what i mean, i don really want to get into the tech of it and all because i dont want to confuse anyone.

Resistance 2 will be huge.

That trailer was amazing, the way the camera moved it felt like you were part of the action the entire time. You could feel the fear and unknown as they were driving through the forest with Hale on the mini-gun. The graphics have came so far since the last time we saw it too, it feels like an entire new game.
