Google just wants Steam (electronic distribution) not sure what they will do with the gaming part of valve. I love valve so I am hoping they dont monkey around with it



PS3, WII and 360 all great systems depends on what type of console player you are.

Currently playing Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2, Fallout 3, Halo ODST and Dragon Age Origins is next game

Bet with disolitude: Left4Dead will have a higher Metacritic rating than Project Origin, 3 months after the second game's release.  (hasn't been 3 months but it looks like I won :-p )

This would be a great deal.I love Google, and would love to see them expand and put there innovation on another brand. If all there was in the world was Sony hardware and Google software it would be a better place. Could you imagiane all of the free stuff. Every peace of media every made would be free, nothing would be done behind closed doors. People would be in direct communication with developers, and nothing but gold would be made. If that was the future we would be living in a perfect world. To bad it will never happen, and we will be stuck with the likes of Microsoft who do everything possible to get you to hand over the money.

Where in that post was there consideration for Valve?  I'd like to consider Valve more than just a brand name...they're the company that forefronts digital distribution on the PC, they've got some of the highest rated PC games...they don't really need help from Google, and it might even make things worse.

Google cannot buy everything and cannot make everything free...that just does not work.  And I'm not sure why you even brought Sony hardware into this...
