I agree. Drop it to 40 bucks like Banjo and it becomes an interesting game to me. That said, Sony doesn't need to do that, since reviewers will sell the game for them. However, at 40 bucks, this game could turn into Sony's Mario Brothers. It's just tough to sell a game you spent so much money and time on, at a bargin price.
I've always suspected LBP may struggle to find its audience at first. It should have a solid first week due to interent hype, but like NMH, interent hype isn't always enough to push a game that people don't understand.
I could be totally wrong and the game could sell 4 million copies by Jaunary 09, though, because I'm just guessing with my own brand of reasoning which is often wrong.
