I'll wait for it to go cheaper if I ever decide to pick up one, I just don't have that kind of money to spend.

The consensus would appear to be judging by responses is a lot of people take price into account.
They can drop their price to 10 bucks for all I care, as long as those things keep breaking down I'm not touching them with a 10 ft pole.

If I wanted a 360, or a PS3, I would have bught one long before now. I'm never going back to any type of analog game pad. To me it would be a big step backward.
If I start craving eye candy that bad I have three PCs, 2 desk, 1 notebook that are HD capable.

I can understand not having both a 360 and PS3 since the two consoles offer such similar libraries but if you only own a wii and none of the HD consoles then your really missing out on a massive amount of phenomenal games.
As a gamer your utmost concern should be quality of gameplay and integration of story, simply introducing a new concept into gaming (motion controls) should be one small part of the equation. Without gameplay and story the rest is meaningless.

I picked up an Elite last summer because Nintendo's AAA+ games weren't coming for a few more months. I'm sure many people faced with the drought of Nintendo titles for the next year (Q1,Q2 2009( will likely pick up 360's as well. Without a constant flow of AAA+ games from Nintendo I really find myself needing more games for my 360!
