4. McCain Campaign Add Acuses Obama of supporting Sex-Ed for Kinderergarden. Obama says they are lying through their teeth.

The Truth- Obama is lying through his teeth about NOT supporting it. I have seen the bill which he pushed through the Illinios State senate which specifically calls for Sex-ed for Kindergarden. Also, I heard a clip of him saying sex-ed for kindergarden was "the right thing to do". Talking about the pot calling the kettle black.

This is going to cause an arguement but here goes...

I'm all for this. I think kids should be taught sex ed from the minute they ask where babies come from (around 5 or 6 when their minds become inquisitive) I think lying to them about sex and reproduction does far more harm than good. If I were president I would call for that change.

How can you support the ideas of Barrack Hussein Osama??

How come you always have to say something that just makes you sound like a fool Auron? How can you call Barrack Obama such a disgusting thing? Obama is far superior in reality than McCain and his policies are mostly true and fair. America would only benefit from Obama, he is a credit to the USA, a true american. Whereas as McCain is just another war faring gun nut, who opposes abortion and believes in extremely outdated values. If you vote him in America would be in serious sh!t in four years time. Also, purposely going against the flow and making a big deal out of it like you are is a lot worse than going with it. I stand by my opinions and think Obama only has positive credentials and virtues to his name and should be more adored by the Americans as a true american hero!!! /Rant

Well here's my two cents...

I'm a registered Democrat and I just cannot vote for Obama. To me he screams fake and he cannot answer question sincerely (maybe it's the lawyer in him). I've seen him dodge all sorts of questions, from his policy of pursuing AlQaeda into Pakistan, to his choice of Church. He doesn't support the war in Iraq (which is fine with me), but it seems he would pull out disastrously. He touts that he was never for the war, but he wasn't a Senator when the decision was made. He throws the words Hope and Change in a time of economic crisis, but I feel there is no substance to those words.

I've followed John McCain since his primary run in 2000 and those of you who followed that ought to know that Bush and McCain don't see eye to eye on alot of things. It frustrates me to see so many people point out that because he is Republican he is no better than Bush. McCain has a track record of pushing for changes and is not afraid to support the right decision however unpopular it may be. In recent years he has had to embrace Bush for the sake of rescuing his career from alienation within his party and it paid off as he now stands as their candidate.

Now I ask you this why wasn't Bush at the RNC?

I'm not a registered Democrat, but I am supporting Obama this time around.  What I'm curious about, is I constantly hear people say that Obama isn't about change and has simply towed the Democratic party line (which imo, would certainly be change from the Republican party line).  He seems to be an ideal Democratic candidate in his values, and certainly not much difference between his and Hillary's stances.

And, I guess this will suck for you, but remember all the flak Obama got about his stance on following terrorists into Pakistan?  And the same thing you're spouting right now?  Guess you didn't check the news, but it turns out he was right, or if not right, at least vindicated - http://www.observer.com/2008/politics/obama-vindicated-again

McCain was a different man in 2000. He was a man I respected a lot back then, and I would have rather cast my vote for him than the vote I cast for Bush (which still stings.  I'm going to make up for it this year though.) 2008 McCain is running the most disgusting and dishonest campaign I've ever seen from a politician.

And Bush was at the RNC on that bigass screen.... I watched him give his speech.  He wasn't there physically, but his presence was certainly there and he gave a long enough speech.

Bush was supposed to be there in person, but then they delayed the convention due to the storm...so when they had it he was off doing presidential type stuff.

He spent the first 3 years of his campaign telling us how we should elect him because he is "different" than the rest. I saw this early on and it intrigued me. Back in March or so I was actually leaning towards Obama because he really did seem different. But, then once he came under fire his true colors have shown. He is now going around calling every person a liar regardless of the facts.

1. He called a Palin a liar for saying she opposed the Bridge to Nowhere.

The Truth- She was for it until when it came to her desk, she decided that is not what people wanted and sent the money to more pressing needs. Again calling her an outright liar was so uncalled for.

2. He called McCain a liar for the Pig Lipstick thing.

The Truth- "From McCain" Obama is very careful about the words he chooses, and he knew what he was saying. Palin joke had been already well inudated. Obama was at least playing off of her joke in a mocking way. If he did not, he dumber than we think he is (douptful- he is really bright). Again calling people a liar is completely irresponsible.

3. Palin did ask for earmarks as Governer.

The Truth- She accepted them as Governer for research and infastructure and such. As mayor she asked for them, but she never ever said she did not get them, and said nothing about her mayorship. However, I believe they should have been more direct because the political spin is misleading. But they did not outright LIE as Obama claims.

Obama is tarnishing his Image as the "Different" politician every time he opens his mouth. He is now calling McCain sleazy, and dishonest. I have gone from liking him as a person to almost detesting him. From the comparisons to Jesus (comunity organizer) to crying like a 8 year old to his momma when people are picking on him.  He makes me sick.

Dang, dude, all the stuff you just quoted about Obama is utterly false. Admit - you weren't gonna vote for Obama anyhow.

All the stuff you said is false is true. The GOP is responsible for what's happening on Wall Street, what's happening with the foreclosure crisis and what's happening in Iraq. If you don't believe me, vote McCain. 4 years from now, we will be in worse shape and it will be painfully obvious 12 years of Republican rule will have driven this country into a hole.

Maybe you are too young to remember the Clinton days, but I do. The only scandal he had that nearly cost him the presidency was fellatio. That's it. Whitewater was a witch hunt and the public knew it.

Vote for 4 more years of this crap. I, my misguided friend, can't. I voted against this crap twice. Maybe the third time is the charm.

there are a lot of people with hopes and dreams hinging on change coming to this country. he has laid out his policies, and people are fanatical about our future under an obama leadership..

Bigjon you should have your own show after bill oriely.

Where are you now Montana?

Oh yeah - I'd recommend leaving FOX alone as your news source. They are biased and as fair and balanced as a warped scale.

Say it with me - FOX = PHAIL.

Hahah I just realized the similarity

Don't get political threads banned Montana.  There's some good discussion that goes on now and then once you sort through the "Palin's son is her grandson!@!!"/"Obama = antichrist" topics.  Plus those garbage topics are still good for laughs.

ROTFLMBO!!!!!! Azrm2k, FTW!!!!
