As others have mentioned, Legend, Nintendo only announced two new games total, one of which was casual, one which was hardcore, so there really isn't some overwhelming number of casual games. Moreover, as Stof (And I, in another thread) mentioned, Nintendo has released or announced a sequel to 15 of the top 20 best selling hardcore Gamecube games already, with the 2 or 3 of the other 5 (listed by stof) probably already in early production (unless someone really believes Nintendo isn't working on Kirby anymore).
I don't know what you want, Legend. Nintendo never announces tons of hardcore games at once, because they make them slowly (Zelda was not announced last year, by the way, nor was Metroid Prime Corruption).
