HE may  not benefit from this, but others (consumers) do, and therefore what he did is commendable.

He should move out of country, try bankruptcy, go on public assistance, whatev, while devoting as much time to pissing off MS as possible.  

btw I'd love to see an NDA saying "don't talk about console failure statistics while you playtest" or something.  Even the EXISTENCE of such a line... wow.
