I always thought my penetration was decent.. but I don't know how it compares to other Xbox users..

So Microsoft is proud 12 million users are on xbox live (Gold/Silver). To put it another way only 12 million users at least updated the firmware on their 360? I think the only stat that is important here is how many users have a gold account after the intro period ends.
