Man I am pretty disappointed, I love my PS2 I cant get enough of all of the RPG's availble on the system, so I am no means a Nintendo fanboy, because A. I am a god at halo, and B. I like good Sony systems, but when sony lies, and makes an expensive system without appealing games, I voice my opinion about how I don't like the way they do business, PS3owner and leo, you are the reason people dislike the PS3, you hold onto the insane belief that it is untouchable and that there is no way in hell that any other system could be better, or sell better, or that more people LIKE the other system more. Your stupidity makes people angry and less likely to ever buy a PS3, the system you think has "quote" already won. Wake up guys, its never going to do well until the mangement wakes up, stops feeding BS to the consumer, and starts making some serious "EXCLUSIVE GAMES" (When Ace Combat 6 was announced as an exclusive for 360, it delayed the amount of time in which I would buy a PS3 by at least a year if not more)

For the sake of gamers, and sony fanboys everywhere go buy brain age and increase your intelligence.

See, you and most care deeply about your favorite company outselling the others. I understand wanting your copany to do well, but when it effecs me and my ability to play the platform that I want good sales just arn't worth it. So, instead of being happy that nintendo sold sold 500k units in November, I will be mad that I didn't get what I wanted. Good sales arn't worth me not being able to play Mario.

You cant preorder a system that is already released. He could try sites like amazon though.

Consider the case of the DS.  It's finally available,  mostly, but there will likely be problems securing it around the holidays and around major releases.  The Wii is currently selling a hell of a lot faster than the DS was at the same stage in their respective lifetimes.

What was your reasoning? The end of summer is usually when demand begins picking up again.

 Nintendo is making the systems about as quickly as they can.  I'm sure they would love to be able to provide as much as is wanted, but there is in fact a limit on how many you can make in a given time.
