Well, so I want to go play my psp, I inserted a game into the umd drive and than decided to play another game so I took the game out, and I found it was a little bit wet, than I saw battery was low so i started charging it, and before i knew it there was a marks on top of the screen, left by water, and now they have dried and it doesn't look that good, maybe i should just be happy the water didn't mess up the hardware?

edit: Even more sad, the controls got all messed up, so I geuss the hardware did get messed up, bye psp :(.

How did it get wet and why can't you clean it off the screen?

best you can do its dry it up.
the screen can be changed if damaged don't worry buy a replacement on ebay .

my power port got wet and it didn't turn back on, i let it dry, blow it and it started working =)

and Jo21, I opened up my psps UMD drive and had a blo drier going in the at high for a couple minutes, everything works now except the is still some marks on screen. this can be locked, for now.
