Of course ...due to the leaked price cut, sales the week before may have been down 50%

...so by doubling its sales it has simply returned to what it usually sells.

I think a lot of people expected more from the price cut. Of course, saying that, we have absolutely no idea of what sales have been achieved

What I want to know is just which retailers Microsoft is referring to. Just because say GameStop had a 100% increase doesn't mean other retailers such as Best Buy, Toys R Us, Amazon.com and others are seeing the same results.

I'll wait for NPD like most others.

The arcade model has sold like hot cakes at the walmart I work at... that's probably the sku that is 6x greater in sales
