Check out one of the latest videos, check out the lighting, shadows and effects.  It looks amazing.  I can't wait for this game.

is it me or the moto is "flying" over the ground during the whole race ??

also, the moto was a bit "alone"

oooo yeah the sun really does make for a nice shadowey/bright highlight video. but you can see later on once the sun effect is lost the game just looks pretty normal. 2 thumbs up for an awesome sun though!

BUYING

I'm passing on this game, only racing game I'll buy this generation from now on is GT5 (and maybe NFS if it goes back to being Underground/Underground 2 level of good).

It's a beautiful game though.

tried the demo of pure and it dont match to motorstorm.

pure has a grid/burnout look to it, but technically motorstorm, even motorstorm 1 towers above it.

motorstorm 2 will be a huge hit this year

I'll make sure I'll be the first to get platinum on MS2.

Looks A-W-E-S-O-M-E. It's a definite buy from me (this winter when I getz teh PS3's).
