"Panzer Dragoon (DC)" ... what?? there was no PD part for DC - 1,Zwei and Saga were all released for Saturn and Orta came to XBox1 (and PD Mini released for GameGear)

GTA3 didn't come out on xbox until 2003 (double pack w/ vice city). So if were counting awards won in 2001, it should be PS2 only. If we are counting GOTYs for systems they weren't on yet, you should add PS2 to Viewtiful Joe, PS2 to RE4, XBOX to Vice City.
