I've only played a little of Vice City and the first one for the PS.. but why would they move this game towards realism? Wouldn't most of the game take place in a prison then?

They put GTA4 on a higher pedestal than Shadows of The Colossus. Proof enough that reviews are BS. Don't give me the "GENRES ARE DIFFERENT, LULZ" argument either.

Hillary Goldstein from IGN had the NERVE to place that turd in the same sentence as Ocarina of Time? Let me make one thing clear: People who were young and or played OOT during that gen are the only ones who can understand. Ocarina of Time, was, is, and always will be a part of my life, along with SOTC.

To put it frankly, F**K GTA4. GTA3 is my favorite.

GTA4 wasn't even the best GTA and it is still the 3rd highest rated game of all time on gamerankings.

It was boring, I rented it played for 4 hours and spent most of the time driving people around and about 3 minutes actually killing and vandalizing. So then I tried just running around and destroying things and somehow they managed to make that uninteresting as well.

Like most other games like this, i don't hate the game I hate the people who review and play the game. When every review site there is handed this game a perfect 10 i expected to be blown away, the last game to get such high scores was Super Mario Galaxy. Endless praise it seemed, the 360 / PS3 gamers touted it as "best game ever made" before even playing it. Then everyone sat down and actually played it and found out how undeserving it was and how ridiculous the reviews were. There was nothing new in GTA 4, there was actually less stuff. Compared to Vice City and San Andreas there was nothing to do in the game, the missions were repetitive, the dialogue was not "Oscar quality" (i laugh at that comment), the graphics were not amazing, Niko is not the best character since Mario, and the story is nothing more than go kill this guy for revenge.

Was GTA 4 fun? debatable, about halfway through most people would agree it gets very boring.

Cliff Notes version: People don't hate GTA 4, they hate the undeserved praise it got.

its just honestly probably the worst in the series since 3 but treated like it's the holy grail. I bought it as soon as it came out played non stop till the final missions, got tired of it, put it away for months. Only about a few weeks ago I came back to it and finished it and was soundly disappointed. It's a an 8.9 at best.

There are being made 50% more threads in the Sony forum than in the Nintendo forum (the total is still higher on Nintendo forum though).

In the predictions league, average prediction is almost always too high for Ps3, fairly spot on for Wii, and too low for X360.

As to why you believe Wii fans are dominant, I believe this is the reason.

People such as Rol and TWRoO make awesome posts, which are read by several people, and that stick to your mind. There aren't even close to as many good Sony posters as that, and none as good as Rol or TWRoO.

There are more mods that favour the Wii than the Ps3.

Historically, there has been more Wii owners Ps3 owners on the site.

The Wii is outselling competition, and thus more people comment on its good sales.

Ps3 owners have complained about the Wii owners being in majority for a long time.

The GTA series has never been popular with me because I've worked enough urban random violence scenes supporting forensic investigators that any game based on gratuitous violence will not appeal to me but that said:

GTA IV had technical glitches, a drab color palette, an unappealing cartoonized realistic look, incredibly slow paced boring gameplay, stupid activities like calls and pool that were just annoying, added nothing new to the series of importance, sophomoric humor that was disgusting and lame, and a main character with all the depth of Nilli-Vanilli ‘s talent, and the appeal of week=old oatmeal but other than that …. It was average at best.

Watching it plummet in sales with embarrassing speed until it was underselling the PS2 version of San Andreas in a mere 16 weeks and knowing that it was destined to disappear into quick and total obscurity was the only pleasure I got out of the game.
