Ok try this.
First sleep with your eyes closed. After you're in the "deep sleep" stage, ask someone with scotch tape to tape your eyelids to your forehead so then after it will look like you're sleeping with your eyes open.

Sleep paralysis can create this. I've had sleep paralysis before. Its actually pretty horrifying.
