The 360 version also has exclusive downloadable content and custom soundtracks. Key features to be sure. However, there is also the vast power of the cell, which can enable, "Slightly less shitty looking rock texture, which can only be recognized in zoomed in side by side comparison."

Compared to the rock texture feature, surely functional features such as custom soundtracks, DLC, and meaningless non-standard achievement ripoffs mean very little.
