Hurray!  Working on stuff to come out after a game's future release!  When they could have just given us that stuff in the first place.......

LOL.  They have to stop working on new things in order to squash bugs.  No new content was probably able to be made for the retail game for quite a while now.

Around the Network

Game looks like it's shaping up really well. Any word on the length of the game? That was my bigest complaint about the original Fable.

Molyneux said that some of the DLC stuff was originally supposed to be in the game, but it just wasn't ready for primetime. Previously that would have meant it might never see the light of day, so DLC seems a better option than that.

I mean, I guess they could work on new features indefinitely, but then Fable II would never actually get released.

Or, you know, they could just release it for free.  Plenty of developers have had awesome post launch support, all for free.  That seems to be going the way of the dodo though.

To some extent it does. Then again, when EA (of all companies) releases some pretty substantial free DLC for Army of Two... anything can happen!
