I think that Sony will go with current price point this holiday season ( makes more profit) and they will cut the price in February 2009 50€/$ and again in September 2009 50€/$. What do you think?

price cut for PS3 this year..... i think is impossible.
But there is large chance of price cutting in 2009

Im sure when the holiday sales boost has died down they will cut the price to try and get a boost back up.

I dont expect any cut to be sizeable tho

Sony will not drop the price this fiscal year, unless the 360 will sell much better after its price cut in America.

50 bucks drop toward Christmas.

March 09 seems a great date to drop the price. I'll say to £250 in Europe.

$50 decrease in US, which isn't as good but then £250 still works out more then $400 anyway, unless US econemy dramatically changes over the next few months.
