sales from Retailers is somewhere around 500k

sales from psn- which are NOT counted since it's not a "box" sale - around 150-200k

for Physical Box sales vg is probably within 5-10%

for overall TOTAL sales vg is probably off by ~15-20%

~700k unique psn numbers in ranked games, if we assume everyone that bought the game - somehow- played a ranked game we have

700k units sold- however- psn id's are not console specific, they are person specific.

lets say 1 in 5 psn id's are a different person using warhawk on the same machine..

that would drop the unique total sales to 580 thousand total

1 in 10 would make the sales 630 thousand total

1 in 4 would make the sales 525 thousand

as you can see just by going by unique id's there can be a MASSIVE variation in total sales.

all we can say for SURE is that 700 thousand unique player ID's have played warhawk we cannot say that 700 thousand units have sold.

read the bolded part, then go to the PSN and see if you can buy it online. Put the two together, and you will see that leaderboards only show if the game is overtracked. There could be 0 retail sales, and 600k online sales. How does the leaderboard prove that this is wrong?

The question is not is it undertracked as this site is only showing an estimate of retail sales. The question is how much has it also sold on PSN? That added to a decent estimate of retail sales will give you the number you seem to be looking for.

It's pretty obvious Warhawk must have sold more in total due to PSN, but I believe PSN sales are pretty hard to track at the moment.
