back in the day, of buddy of mine and I spend like 12 hours playing battletoads, and finally beat it...
Now I think about it I had the gameboy version no wonder I didn't knew that you could play with two players. If I am right their were also no flies in the gameboy version.
Two players was the whole point to that incredibly hard game. The fact that you could kill each other was what made it such a challenge. And it's one that made sense. When you think about it, shouldn't all games be like that? are we really going to complain that when you punch the other guy in the face, he actually gets punched in the face?
I think we have a case of some casual gamers unprepared for the hardcore...
Damn I loved that impossible game.

lol, I must say the AVGN and Kyle played their roles well! He should do more dual reviews, I find them funny.
Maybe a good game for that would be Contra III (but then again, the game isn't hard to master)! ^^
