Forums - Nintendo - Tenchu IV. Bad Ninjas have to face enemy

Sometimes in the game you have to fight the enemy in a First Person perspective. Thi's a Canon battle and you can't change the rythm (it isn't like Oblivion) so you have to defend yourself from the enemy positioning the Wiimote in certain points.

After that you've to attack, the damage depends of how quick and effective you move the Wiimote in certain positions.

Looks like that boss battle in Wario Ware, only prettier. Interesting idea; I just hope it has a bit more depth than the Wario Ware version.

P.S. I originally thought your thread title referred to having a bada** ninja flip out and kill people. It reminded me of that Penny Arcade comic for the first Ninja Gaiden. Good times.

Hm, looks like this mostly occurs if you fail to remain stealthy. So this mode should only be seen if you suck or if you're fighting a boss. ;)

And that's another reason why you don't want to get caught. If Rikimaru gets caught, he transforms into Bondage Slave Rikimaru!

The climbing claws are cool.

I like that defend mode, reminds me of RE 4 Wii, that knife fight with Krauser which was quite awesome. Tenchu IV promises to be good

This game just keeps looking better and better.
