Yoshida didn't say that it would be the PS3's biggest game this year, that's the article's author mincing his words. He says:
“LittleBigPlanet is going to be the biggest title for Sony in all markets this year"
Neither MGS4 nor GTAIV are Sony games, so anyone arguing against him on account of those games can stop.

I wasn't arguing against him. I was just stating how huge this game will be.

You know it's funny, but the more I keep seeing people talk about how LBP is going to be huge and see stuff like this article, it makes me think more and more that it is going to flop/seriously under-perform.
I mean I have 0 interest in this game(even if I had a PS3 I would still be at 0 interest-wise), so I don't really care about it, but that's just the feelings I'm getting from seeing this stuff. /rant

its obvious that you would be saying otherwise if this game was on wii60 "it makes me think more and more that this will flop" lol dont u actually mean "i want this game to flop" admit it.............

If this game was on the Wii60 I still wouldn't buy it. (Just like I'm not going to buy FF13 even though it will be out on the 360). I don't really care if it flops or sells 20 million copies, what I said was that seeing stuff like this makes me think it will flop/under-perform.

Even LBP isn't the biggest games of the year it's definetley one of the most talked about.
Looking at the PS3 lineup for Japan makes me think that it's not to hard for LBP to achieve this goal.
