There are 3 characters at the bottom.
And the sheer number of interesting gameplay elements has me intrigued:
Lung Meter: I'm guessing this is for holding your breath, but might also have something to do with getting winded after performing many strenuous acts. One of the shots also shows your lungs being filled with smoke.
Concentration Meter: I'd guess this will determine how well you aim (which isn't a bad idea, considering the Wiimote allows for perfect aiming) and goes down when you get shot/injured (as it should) and probably adds some waver to your aim.
CPR: Timing minigame to save lives.
Gun Merchant: One of the screens shows buying guns based on gun stats. Reminds me of RE4's weapons merchant (which is definitely a good thing).
And then there's shooting bears in the face.
I admit, I'm curious. Definitely going to have to rent this and give it a run through.
"I mean, c'mon, Viva Pinata, a game with massive marketing, didn't sell worth a damn to the "sophisticated" 360 audience, despite near-universal praise--is that a sign that 360 owners are a bunch of casual ignoramuses that can't get their heads around a 'gardening' sim? Of course not. So let's please stop trying to micro-analyze one game out of hundreds and using it as the poster child for why good, non-1st party, games can't sell on Wii. (Everyone frequenting this site knows this is nonsense, and yet some of you just can't let it go because it's the only scab you have left to pick at after all your other "Wii will phail1!!1" straw men arguments have been put to the torch.)" - exindguy on Boom Blocks
