i can't compare these two games yet, as i have yet to get my hands on WII FIT YET!! why is it always sold out? this is my punishment for not pre-ordering it...
I'm definitely pre-ordering Wii Music now! :b
The Legend of Zelda: Majora's Mask is the best Zelda title ever made.
"The Person Who Got the Closest to Winning the 1st VGC VC Giveaway, but still lost"
The breakdown tells an interesting story.
Japan
Wii Fit has outsold Mario Galaxy by an amazing 1.5 million copies.
Others
Wii Fit has outsold Mario Galaxy by about 300,000 copies so far, and is still huge at the moment. Galaxy being outsold by about 100,000 copies per week.
America
Mario Galaxy has outsold Wii Fit by well over 1.5 million, but Wii Fit had a comparitively late start there, and is currently outselling Galaxy by 50,000 units a week (as of the latest figures).
So, if current demand maintains, then in another 5-6 weeks, Wii Fit will have outsold Mario Galaxy by over a million copies.

I really don't see the point in comparing these two games. SMG isn't even the best selling Mario game on the Wii anymore.
SMG sales are great.
Wii Fit sales are great.
Some games outsell other games.
So, I guess Nintendo has finally found the game of "Braining Training caliber" to sell the Wii to the masses. I predict this game can eventually catch up to Brain Training, especially since it doesn't have more spinoffs like More Brain Training and Math Training.
