i actully disagreed with that one, everone has a right to have child, besides there is a good chance the child might not inherit the disability

depending on the disease there can be a high probability that their child or then grandchild will have the disease. some of these diseases can have absolutely horrible effects that cause a lot of pain and suffering of the individual and those around them. i cant see how it would be conscionable to let it occur when its likely to happen.
