Which difficulty should I go with?

I'm a mod, come to me if there's mod'n to do.

Chrizum is the best thing to happen to the internet, Period.

Serves me right for challenging his sales predictions!

Bet with dsisister44: Red Steel 2 will sell 1 million within it's first 365 days of sales.

I would say Sweet just so you get the hang of it. Also you must get the true ending greatest thing I have seen...

Former something....

ok

sweet man, sweet!

I'd say sweet too, at the beginning. There are a lot of moves to learn in the tutorial (make sure you do all of them). After a couple bosses, upping the difficulty isn't so bad......but if you play mild all the way, you might be screwed.

Number 8 is were most people die the first time with that super attack...

Mild, sweet is way too easy. It will ruin the experience. If you try mild after finishing the game you will carry over the bonuses, making mild even easier than a new game on sweet.
All that said, don`t start a game on bitter until you max out your character.

I think I started on bitter after a go through sweet and mild.

Anyone know if there is a better katana after you get the third one (the one that is like a true lightsaber)?

Mild. Sweet won't give you the challenge that it should.

Great game by the way!

Just kiss the tip.

I just got it myself a few days ago. Current rank 8, I think. I love the style of the game, and it reminds me of God Hand, although the gameplay feels pretty simple after such a transcendent masterpiece.

The difficulty level was kinda confusing, since it wasn't clear which was harder. =P
