I think it'll come to NA. Conker's BFD got released here, as did Killer7 (which has an actual sex scene, not just some innuendo) and several other games, like God of War, with at least partial frontal nudity. Plus, games like Leisure Suit Larry have been getting away with heavy innuendo for even years before that.
