You my friend are just another victim of M$'s marketing hype. They came out with guns blazing and doing everything in their power to try and topple what Sony has had for 2 console generations. Sony is coming back for what is rightfully theirs, the throne as console leader. It may take a while, but it WILL happen.

MS carefully got many companies to unjustly bash the PS3 early on in it's life cycle. People complained about the lack of AAA games on the PS3 on it's release, this is BS because the PS3 had Resistance while the 360 had NONE on it's release. Also People bitched about the price, which was to be expected. Yet many failed to realize that the PS3 sold at a HUGE dissadvantage to Sony with them initially loosing about 300 one each console sold. The PS3 also came built in with WIFI, Rechargable controler(from the start), sturdy hardware, good games, free online, etc that the competition lacked and slyly charged customers for (Which ends up the 360 costs more over time).

Even though they are both companies out to make serious dough, Sony is the one company that has seemed to be taking hit after hit only to please it's fans, no other console is doing that. If you should be mad at any company, be mad at Nin and MS. MS for charging for every little thing and RROD, and NIN for ruining what games used to be with them ushering in massive levels of shovel ware on their system leaving their customers with little to play.

Couldn't have said it better myself. I think a majority of people hate the PS3 because of price. Him and Nintendo Wii fan girl are terrible about their bias.
