But perhaps the 360 sales seem down due to anticipation for the pending 360 price cut?

Who knows, the next few weeks will be very interesting.

They can anticipate all they want, the 360 price cut is for Americans only :)

PS3, WII and 360 all great systems depends on what type of console player you are.

Especially since people in this thread have already stated that the price cut is US only...

They had a price cut in March. They can't afford another one. The arcade is cheaper than the Wii and the premium is £20 more than the Wii.

WiiPS360 join us! Ha lol!

Anyway well done to PS3...the late launch hasn't really affected the console at all and it did have a better launch line-up like one Sony executive (I can't remember who) promised.

The PS3 really does appear to have the momentum at the moment but I still think the Wii will still win in Others! I do acknowledge however that the PS3 is going to be around for long time and should last into the Wii2 and X720 generation quite easily! In that way it may just end up the winner overall!
