well the quality of this game in my opinion had degraded over time, when you look at the original screens and you look at the later ones. it just gets worse and worse, when i say original i mean the screen at th top of this page.

Also, people are usually lying when they say PC and console versions look the same. They look the same if you run the PC version on medium settings, but not on high. I mean heck, Bioshock's lead platform was supposedly 360 too but running it on max on PC the difference is pretty large.

I won't be playing on Vista though. I'll be playing on XP. The framerate and performance difference is much more important than a few barely noticeable shaders. Also, PC gamers will probably be playing well over 60 FPS.

 

 1. The game is optimised for quad core processors on windows Vista.

2. It won't even run on XP without a hack

3. It will be DX10 only for sure

4. Its not going to be running at 60fps on many peoples setups.

This game will be great. I will never play these games on my PC. Especially the survivor-horror-games-genre needs to be played from your couch, on a 46" Full HDTV with a nice 5.1 sound.

I will love to play the game like this. You are outside in the dark and you just hear something behind you on your surround-sound and you are actually getting scared. Loved this with condemned!

I prefer this feeling a slightly better graphic.

This game gives off an X-Files (PS2) vibe, and that's not a good thing.
