looking at the sales charts recently ive seen that most of the top 10 spots are for nintendo consoles.

however i think this is about to end. come septemberi think this will change. although wii fit and mario kart will sell well but they will be knocked out of the top 10 by big releases  for the PS3 and 360 such as GOW2 and R2.the wii will have moderate successes with multiplats like force unleashed and cod5 and even some exclusives like de blob and deadly creatures. theyll even be a couple of million sellers in wii music and animal crossing but the big holiday games will mostly belong to the HD systems. most of the wiis big releases wont come outuntil 2009

The big PS3 / 360 games will have huge openings for sure but they'll drop below 100k a week quickly. Mario Kart and Wii Fit will keep steady so they won't be kicked out of the top 10.

The weeks of high Wii sales should be more dominated by Nintendo, but I think if they have big supply problems then the 360/PS3 will take the week.

I agree with the OP. What big releases does the wii seriously have between now and Christmas?

And i mean big releases, not niche titles or games people who think look good but wont sell well

Animal Crossing and Wii Music are certainties. They might not start as huge, but I am positive both will sell more than GeOW2 or Resistance 2

but ignoring those, Mario Kart and Wii Fit are still going to keep selling for the rest of the year.
