How does this work?

Basically, there will be a Deal of the Day that's up all day long (or until they run out of supply).

Then there are several Lightning Deals which they'll unveil every couple of hours or so. These last until the next Lightning Deal starts or, again, until they sell off their entire supply.

Usually, if you know anything about games whatsoever, you can figure out what the deals will be ahead of time since they give you none-too-subtle hints. Example: For Guitar Hero: Aerosmith they use something like, "Live on the edge and dream on!"

GT5 Prologue is $23. So that's the gold box deal.

Based on the description it looks like the deal at 6am will be Blazing Angels 2. 12pm will be R&CF:TOD. I'm not sure but the one at 2pm might be Uncharted and the one at 4pm will be DMC4. The one at 6pm is probably Haze. The one at 10am could be any racing game.

I was hoping for a mgs4 deal or maybe a DS3 deal. I'd even take the singstar bundle but I don't think blazing angels 2, haze and dmc4 should be apart of the deals since those have been on sale for $40 a few times already.

Is GT5P worth it, I'm definitely getting GT5 so I don't know if GT5P would be worth it....

yeah, it's really not bad for a teaser. I'm not calling it a demo because it's more like a mini game.

There's a pretty big selection of cars, events and tracks, and I'm definately not upset that I picked it up.

It also has some awesome downloadable content avalable now too

I guess I'm not as knowledgeable as I could be, haha. Kinda makes me wish I waited a bit to buy Uncharted; with how GT5:P was discounted it seems like all these deals will be pretty kick ass.

No idea on the racing game. Motorstorm or GRID would be my guess. Maybe NASCAR.
