A huge failure? It it wasn't for him there wouldn't have been a Squaresoft. The guy started the Final Fantasy series and was producer on some of the best games to have come from the company. How does that make him a failure?  Your Sony fanboy blinders are causing you to bash someone who's done a hell of a lot and made some really good games.

I don't think so, I think he just really hates Kutaragi and Sony by association.


 Yep, he's specifically and repeatedly stated that he strongly dislikes Ken Kuturagi.

You betcha. The guy only saved Squaresoft. Ever wonder why the series is called "Final Fantasy"? It was supposed to be the last game Square made before they closed their doors for good.

Have to agree. The guy saved Square with the Final Fantasy and created 3 of the finest RPGs ever with FF VI, FFVII and ChronoTrigger. The problems with Spirits Within should not have been enough to cause Square to want to get rid of him. Thats why i think there was something more to it.
