Is that slow or is enough?

It should be enough as long as playing online is all you will be doing. If other things are using the internet as well you will lag alot. You should notice alot of lag too since your ping is pretty high, and your bandwith is below average. I would say that you could play, but you may lag alot so it definately won't be as great as of an experience that you would have with faster internet. It is just enough, and any less would be unbearable imo.

Should be okay, anything from 0.5 Mbit and up i decent enough for gaming, but I'd really want at least 1 Mbit to be sure though.

You can not host. That is for sure. But it will be close. Just upgrade if possible and its okay

Wow my upload speed is lower than usual.

It gave me 1993kb/s for download (it's always just under 2MB)

and 197kb/s for upload, when it is usally nearer 500.

I wish I had Verizon Fios down here in NC. It would be like 9 times the speed at twice the price.

Not bad, i do 20m in my desktop.

This is what I am getting at this time.  I do still see some lag with SSBB though so I am not sure if that is me.  Mario Kart is flawless though.
