Ah, the official bi-annual pushing back of the PS3's "taking over" date has now happened.  Seriously, how many times are we going to go through this?

As long as it takes to take over... which is soon enough.

Yeah, last year "soon enough" was supposed to mean by summer of 08.  So now this year it's Q2 or Q3 of 09?  Please.  The original predictions were being made because fanboys wanted the PS3 to knock the 360 out of existence.  That's not going to happen now no matter who sells more consoles, so these predictions that constantly get pushed back to the next year or the next holiday season for the PS3 are just starting to sound pathetic.

If you are ecstatic that Sony is slugging it out with MSFT for 2nd place...my, how the mighty have fallen.
