FFVIII Has tops for CGI

Metal Gear Solid 2 ( NOT CGI btw in game graffics )

As good as CGI intros are, I get dispoointed when it's over and I am dropped to much poorer in-game graphics.  This is why my all-time favorite game opening is Half Life.  It was purely brilliant, because it was so different.  Letting you take that train ride and then run around and particiapte in the cinema was far better than just showing it to you.

I'm going Final Fantasy VIII too, the song "Liberi Fatali" alone makes it worth watching over and over. The montage of Squall and Seifer's confrontation mixed in with events from the game is really great too!
