Well, 100% is a bit too strong but a few come close.

Naughty Dog. I've always loved their games. Unfortunately I happened to miss the last gen (well, I did try J&D1 once and I liked it) but I've liked their Crash Games and I just finished playing Uncharted. High quality, no doubt.

id Software. Yeah, they may not have made any masterpieces since Quake whichever-you-want-to-count but the games they develop themselves are always good. Besides, even having an id logo seems to guarantee at least decent quality.

I can't really think up of any others right now. Kojima Productions could make it close, too, but personally I think that while MGS is great (well, the first two were definitely the best), ZoE isn't that great. It's still good but simply not that good. Haven't played any other games from them, though. I'd also like to mention Insomniac but while their games are good, I still can't bring myself to like them enough. Anyway, Spyro was their best series. Naughty Dog > Insomniac for me.

There are quite a bit of developers that I thrust. However I don't support every game they make. But that's just my personal taste interfering with their project/game of choice.
